- Check-in time is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM. This agreement does not create tenancy or residence. You must depart at the appropriate time
or a $100.00 charge will apply (unless other arrangements are made at time of booking).
- This is a non-smoking unit.
- Pets are not permitted in the condo under any circumstances.
- A security deposit of $300 is required. This deposit must be received with this signed reservation agreement and terms. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The Security Deposit will not be applied toward the rent and will be refunded within fourteen (14) days after check-out and inspection, provided the following provisions are met.
a. No damage is done to the unit or its contents beyond normal wear and tear.
b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets, or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
c. All debris, rubbish and discards are bagged and placed in the trash chute and all dirty dishes are placed in the dishwasher.
d. The parking garage remote wand must be left in the unit on the dining table.
e. No linens or towels are lost or damaged.
- The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the local law enforcement.
- PAYMENT – Payment is due 60 days prior to arrival or immediately, if arrival is within the 60 day period. The rental payment is not a damage deposit.
- CANCELLATION –A forty-five (45) day notice is required for cancellation.
a. Cancellations that are made more than forty-five (45) days prior to arrival date will forfeit the $300 security deposit.
b. Changes resulting in a shortened stay made within forty-five (45) days of the arrival date will warrant no refund, subject to re-rental of the unit. (ie. Original reservation 8 nights, changed to 5 nights, rental cost will be for the original 8 nights).
c. Cancellations made within forty-five (45) to thirty (30) days prior to arrival date will forfeit 50% of the total rental cost, or security deposit, whichever is greater, subject to re-rental of the unit.
d. Cancellations made within twenty-nine (29) days prior to arrival date will forfeit all fees (security deposit, rental cost, and taxes).
e. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
- MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6).
- NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not allow towels or linens to be taken from the unit.
- WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above policies must be approved in writing in advance.
